He is committed to excellence, experienced and diligent. The inspector is readily available to you, is responsive and he provides close support to prepare you for your closing.
This is not an inspection mill. We take whatever time is needed to provide a very thorough, reliable, and detailed report and to educate our clients to really understand the home inspected. Our goal is to produce a high quality inspection and a satisfied customer every time. It is not to put out as many inspections as possible in a day.
If you are interested in price only, you are in the wrong place.
There are newbies desperate for work and others who provide minimal, and sometimes questionable service that will work for cheap. If you are lucky, you will get what you pay for (cheap work). That is not what we do. Check our all-five-star Google reviews. What you see is what you get.
Keep in mind that the cost of a home inspection is very small compared to the size of your investment.
Perhaps the most expensive thing you can ever buy is a cheap home inspection.

WALK-THRU “ INSPECTION” – “WALK-N-TALK” – NOT OFFERED
After in-depth research we have determined that this service should not be offered. Home buyers, rushed into signing a contract, are perilously relying on Walk-Thru “inspections” for their buying decisions. A Walk-Thru is often provided without a written agreement or insurance. A Walk-Thru with only verbal feedback makes things difficult for home buying negotiation since there are no professionally documented findings. Offering such a service is considered to be unethical for a licensed Home Inspector by NYSAHI (NYS Association of Home Inspectors, NYSAHI.com, “The Perils of Walk-n-Talks”).
WE STRONGLY URGE HOME BUYERS TO INVEST IN A RELIABLE STATE REGULATED HOME INSPECTION BY A LICENSED HOME INSPECTOR.
Proper professional evaluation of a home takes hours of close examination and very careful written reporting. It cannot be done on the fly. Don’t get stuck with a money pit to save a few dollars. Don’t be rushed into a decision that you may regret for many years. Don’t buy an uninspected home to find out after closing that your mortgage company demands immediate repayment because you cannot afford to make expensive repairs to correct issues missed in the brief walk-thru that your insurance company inspection discovered after the closing. If you cannot afford to make those repairs and cannot afford to pay off your mortgage in full, you may lose everything that you have invested in the home. A NYS regulated Home Inspection performed by an experienced and diligent NYS Licensed Home Inspector is a relatively inexpensive protection of a large and what may be a life-altering investment.
